Holiday Isle is the most coveted spot in Destin. Don't waste your vacation on less, come to the best. With luxurious high-end finishes throughout the condo, you will immediately find yourself relaxed and ready to vacation! We've created an airy and modern beachy space as well as a modern airbnb guest experience with strong wifi, timely messages and no cleaning tasks!! As an attentive host, I'm here if you need anything, and give space when you don't. Lets walk through the space. The main level is open concept with high end kitchen finishes. Past the large dining table, you'll see open kitchen shelving, a coffee bar, and a the stove with a pot filler. The living room has a 72" Smart TV, two couches to relax and spread out on, and a balcony with a bistro table for watching dolphins and pelicans in the Harbor just past our boat slip. Head upstairs to find two ensuite bedrooms with new memory foam mattresses. The fresh bedding may tempt you to sleep the day away. However, the smell of coffee brewing downstairs should help wake you each morning, rested and to start the day! You'll have to choose between the King bedroom that stays dark as night with ensuite spa-like bathroom and smart TV, or the queen with second matching ensuite bath, smart TV, and private balcony where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. Downstairs we have a large converted garage with washer and dryer, and filled with great activities to keep the high energy kids entertained so it can stay quiet upstairs. For recreation check out the newly renovated entire garage filled with activities and games, including: Stand up paddle board/kayaks with life jackets (Arriving Dec 1) Giant connect four Games Beach Wagon Beach chairs Rolling cooler Beach towels Sand toys for the kids. This activity space is the best in all of Holiday Isle! The Florida sand and surf is just moments away by foot. Exclusive access to the private gated beach keeps the crowds away and the fun elevated. I highly recommend enjoying the restaurants, bars and nightlife of HarborWalk Village for waterfront shopping and dining and catching fishing charters. Not to mention weekly fireworks (in season), Fat Tuesday parades, and live entertainment! If you haven't been to Crab Island, search it up! It's worth visiting and one of the most amazing things to do in the area. It draws celebrities, musicians, and famous people every single year, you never know who may appear on the boat next to yours! Other activities include: Pontoon and jet ski rentals Parasailing Glass-bottom boats World class fishing Pirate ship excursions Dolphin, tiki, and sunset cruises Finding a sandcastle made by Dan in the Sand Great dining options abound: Boshamps McGuires Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Harry T's Harbor docks AJ's (if you're feeling rowdy) There are endless possibilities for things to do in Destin, Florida. It's ideally suited for the whole family, for getting engaged, married, or celebrating honeymoons, and in the winter it's awesome for Snowbirds. Honestly, I prefer to come visit October-March for the least wait time and the easiest traffic. But if I'm coming for Crab Island, it's gotta be spring and summer into early fall. Notes: -No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed on the rental property. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. - Guest must send government issued ID to retain reservation within 24 hours of booking. -If bringing a boat, details must be provided IN ADVANCE of arrival: Make, Model, Length (Max 26'), a photo of boaters insurance card and photo ID. -Beach gate access card hangs in the kitchen. Please be extremely careful with the beach pass as it is very costly to replace ($200 fine unfortunately). We've put it on a large floating keychain to help you avoid misplacing it. Thanks in advance! -The maximum occupancy is STRICTLY enforced. Please do not leave children under the age of 18 alone in the unit. Unregistered guests are not permitted without approval. Local management will ask you to leave immediately with no refund if the reservation was made under false pretenses, you are underage, or if there is evidence of non-registered guests. Guests observed on the property above the authorized limit will be charged an additional rate of $100 per person, per night. Unregistered guests observed on the property not spending the night will be charged $100 per person, per day. Basic rules are as follows: -Quiet hours from 10pm-8am -Parking is limited to one vehicle in the complex. -No smoking or drug use anywhere on property. -NO PETS ALLOWED - this property is not pet friendly. Anyone who brings a pet will be charged a $500 fee and immediately asked to leave without a refund. -Please keep sandy items in the garage, and not in the house. -Not suitable for parties or events.

Please Note – Boat & Trailer Information: Dock spaces are first come, first serve (there has never been a reported issue in finding an open space in the time I have been hosting) Dock dimensions: 8 feet wide by 26 feet long Boat trailers cannot be stored on the property Nearby trailer storage is available at: D & J Storage 💰 Approx. $25/day (rates may vary) We do not charge extra if you are bringing your boat, but we must share the info with the HOA before arrival. The slips can be used for overnight parking. Crab Island and the fishing rodeo are huge draws, and the boat slip makes them so much easier for to enjoy! I share details about where to put in in the booking confirmation message I send out.

Beautiful, luxurious, and very safe neighborhood with wide flat sidewalks leading to the private beach after just a short 1/4 mile walk.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire condo and attached garage activity space, except locked owners closet. Boat slip is steps away with water taxi pick up (seasonal) just steps from your front door. Guests also have access to the private gated beach with a pass just minutes' walk away through a beautiful and safe street. Pack the wagon and you're headed for fun!

Uber and Lyft are easily available. The harbor is right outside the door and the beach is an easy 5 min walk. It is best to have a car to get around and really explore all the area has to offer. The Destin water taxi can pick you up steps from the front door if you prefer to travel by sea instead of land(highly recommend)!
