Great home in NW Portland (Bethany/Rock creek) quiet suburban neighborhood. Full, well stocked kitchen, laundry, fast WiFi. Deck in backyard is a great space for fresh spring air when working remotely. Close to many conveniences. Grocery store and great restaurants a mile away. Big outdoor spaces a quarter mile away. Walking trails go for miles and miles nearby. Several public golf courses as well. We have great neighbors and have hosted our home here for years. This is my home when I'm home :)
Good to know
Who around here has shuffleboard in the living room?! Perfect for Covid conditions where so many bars and restaurants have restrictions. Plenty of games and things to do in our home. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Main bedroom upstairs with full attached bath, desk area, tv and small loveseat. Main family spaces downstairs with kitchen, living room, shuffleboard table, and great deck. Queen sleeper sofa can be curtained off for a bit more darkness and privacy, even though it’s in the living room. Much more privacy than average. A second couch for a 5th traveler is available to sleep on as well. There is a full second bathroom upstairs with shower and a half bath/laundry room downstairs. The deck out back is a great spot to sit and chat in the evenings. Trees give a cozy feeling of privacy and that northwest feel. Feel free to park in the driveway. If you have a second car, free, safe and easy to find parking is very close to the house. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is our home when we are not away traveling, so you will see that it has everything you need to live comfortably as well as traces of our family personality. We have had guests for so many years and we love sharing our home with travelers who appreciate our Portland vibe and roots.

Neighborhood
We are in a quiet neighborhood near PCC Rock Creek campus. We are a 20 min drive to downtown, an hour to the beach, and close to shopping and dining. Top golf is a favorite nearby as well as many great bars and dining options.
Guest Access
Guests can access the whole house except for areas that are locked. We live here when we are not traveling, so a few closets/rooms will have our belongings and are locked, and certain cabinets will be zip tied shut. Those are off limits to guests. The garage is also off limits. Please remember this is our home that we live in, but while we are away, we are glad to offer it for you to enjoy respectfully.
